HVAC You Can Trust
If you’ve ever owned or managed a property (especially in the Valley of the Sun!), you know how tough it is to find and keep a reliable, trustworthy, affordable HVAC company. That’s why we’ve built CJB Comfort for you. While we’re “new” to the market, our owner, Cornell Hart, has lived in and served the HVAC and Maintenance needs of families and businesses across Maricopa County and the State for nearly 15 years!
Two decades after his HVAC career began in the Air Force, Mr. Hart has decided to use his expertise, network, and commitment to excellence to build an HVAC company that is well-equipped to serve his loyal and GROWING clientele.
Take your chance now to get on our exclusive client list by scheduling a Unit Inspection so we can come to evaluate your units and help you stay comfortable during the HOT summer and cool winters.

Frequently Asked Questions
How often should I get a checkup on my air conditioner unit(s)?
We recommend a checkup at least twice a year, typically spring and fall. That will help you make sure you don’t have an emergency cooling or heating issue during the hottest and coldest parts of the year.
How often do I need to change my filters? What about at the office?
Many sources recommend changing your filters every three months, but in the Valley of the Sun, between our dust and excessive heat and wind, it’s much better for your home and your units if you change your filters once per month.
How can I know I’m not being scammed?
There are a LOT of companies out there that disappear, charge extraordinary prices, or do poor quality work. The best way to ensure you’re working with a good HVAC company is to check for the License number, check Google reviews, and check with the BBB. A good contractor can also provide personal references to you upon request.
How can I trust you in my home/property?
In addition to having worked in the Valley for almost 20 years, we are licensed, bonded, and insured as well as in the process of being certified by the Better Business Bureau. We have a 5 star rating on Google.
How long should an A/C unit last?
It really depends on the type of unit, where and when it was installed, and how well it’s been cared for along the way. Some units last 25 years and some are done in 10 years. The best way to lengthen your unit’s life is frequent filter changes and bi-annual checkups.
Is my thermostat reading properly?
Sometimes a thermostat can give the wrong reading for a variety of reasons including blown fuses, unconnected wiring, and blockages in the system. If it feels hotter or cooler in your house than your thermostat says, give us a call and we’ll get you back to comfort.
When can CJB Comfort come check out my air conditioning units?
Of course this is our favorite question because it gives us a chance to get to know you and your HVAC systems. Once we do, we can be your lifetime partner in preserving and maintaining the life of your units. Click below to schedule an inspection today and we’ll come to you at the time you selected.
How can I afford a new unit?
It can be stressful to think about how to afford such a large expense. Here’s a few things to keep in mind: 1. Your investment in your home will likely pay off when you sell and will definitely pay off while you live in a comfortable and efficient home 2. Financing a unit is a good way to spread the cost out with manageable payments.
We work with JB Financing to offer you options for both residential and commercial loans. Contact us directly for more information about commercial financing through JB Financing.
We also work with a financing company offering Rent to Own options for a new A/C system.
