HVAC Apprenticeship Program (Registered with ApprenticeArizona)

CJB Comfort is building a structured HVAC apprenticeship program aligned with Arizona’s state apprenticeship standards through ApprenticeArizona. This program is designed for individuals who want to learn the trade properly — with hands-on experience, clear benchmarks, and mentorship from an experienced technician.

Apprentices gain real-world training while working toward long-term career advancement in the HVAC industry.
