Do you offer same-day service?

When available, yes. The schedule will show the next openings.

What areas do you serve?

Chandler and the East Valley are our key areas, but we serve the entire Phoenix Metro Area including Surprise, Anthem, Fountain Hills, Apache Junction, Casa Grande, Maricopa, and Buckeye and everywhere in between.

Do you provide estimates?

After diagnosis, we explain what we found and review options before any work begins. We also provide free on-site installation estimates.

Is there a diagnostic fee?

Yes, we charge a $95 Service Call fee for all service calls except call-backs (within 30 days), warranty calls, and installation estimates. The service call fee can be applied to any repairs you agree to.

What if I need to reschedule?

Do you work on most major brands and systems, including heat pumps?

Yes. We work on all major brands and systems including heat pumps.

What should I do before the technician arrives?

If possible, clear access to the thermostat and indoor/outdoor units.
